We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after it is placed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via standard commercial carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Once your order has shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Certain products — including ground-penetrating radar systems, pipe inspection cameras, and air-powered excavation equipment — may require freight or LTL shipping due to size or weight. For these items, shipping method and cost will be confirmed at time of order or during the quoting process.
