As we all continue to experience disruption in our personal and professional lives due to COVID-19, at Eastcom we continue to fulfill our roles as suppliers of equipment and of technical support in the best way to meet our customers’ needs.

Following State guidelines, some of us are working from our head office, some remote. Due to the nature of our products, many of our customers are considered “essential business” and continue to provide their services to communities as well as to critical infrastructure. We continue to support your needs, we are available to provide technical support and equipment training remotely thru phone or video chat services (such as FaceTime/iPhone, Zoom, Skype, or Video chat on Android phones.)

If required, we can provide on-site training to very small groups or one-on-one.
